Payment Options

Mindful Motion Physical Therapy accepts most commercial insurance as out of network provider including:

• Blue Cross / Blue Shield PPO

• United Healthcare PPO

• Cigna PPO

• Aetna PPO

We do not take EPO and medicaid.

Physical Therapy is eligible for reimbursement with FSA, HSA, and HRA.

If you don’t have insurance, our out of pocket rate for an one on one session is 250$ per session.

Rate for 6 sessions package: 1200$

We will process all your claims for you to allow you to focus on your healing.
