Dr. Yuchen He, DPT, CSCS

Dr. Yuchen is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in sports injury rehabilitation and women’s pelvic floor health. As the team physiotherapist for Team China at the 2024 World Cup Box Lacrosse Championship, she demonstrated her expertise in helping athletes recover and return to peak performance.

A graduate of Stony Brook University and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dr. Yuchen is passionate about individualized rehab programs that not only support recovery but also prevent future injuries. Her holistic approach integrates joint mobilization, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient’s needs.

With advanced training from the Herman Wallace Institute, Dr. Yuchen also specializes in women’s pelvic health, treating conditions like vaginismus and prolapse. Her evidence-based, compassionate care helps women regain control of their bodies and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Rundan Han, DPT, Pilate Instructor

Rundan (Skye) Han, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and earned a master's in Sports Science from Hofstra University. Skye specializes in sports rehabilitation and women's health, with a particular focus on pregnancy and prepartum preparation.

In sports rehab, she works with runners, surfers, dancers, yoga practitioners, tennis players, and rock climbers, using strength training, balance training, and sport-specific exercises tailored to each patient's goals and return-to-sport timeline.

Skye furthered her training in women's health through pelvic floor and pregnancy rehabilitation coursework at the Wallace Hermance Academy. As a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor, she uses reformer-based techniques to guide patients through safe, effective pre- and postpartum recovery, building core stability, strength, and control throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Candy Wong, LAc

Candy is a New York State–licensed acupuncturist, nationally certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She brings a warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to her practice, creating a comfortable and supportive space where every patient feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

Meet He Shouwu, our remarkable canine therapy assistant who brings a special touch of comfort and motivation to our physical therapy sessions. Her gentle presence and caring nature make her an invaluable member of our therapeutic team.

He Shouwu works alongside our licensed physical therapists, helping patients feel more relaxed and motivated during their rehabilitation journey. Her calming presence has been known to reduce anxiety and create a more positive healing environment for our patients of all ages.
