Dr. Yuchen He, DPT, CSCS

Dr. Yuchen is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in sports injury rehabilitation and women’s pelvic floor health. As the team physiotherapist for Team China at the 2024 World Cup Box Lacrosse Championship, she demonstrated her expertise in helping athletes recover and return to peak performance.

A graduate of Stony Brook University and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dr. Yuchen is passionate about individualized rehab programs that not only support recovery but also prevent future injuries. Her holistic approach integrates joint mobilization, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient’s needs.

With advanced training from the Herman Wallace Institute, Dr. Yuchen also specializes in women’s pelvic health, treating conditions like vaginismus and prolapse. Her evidence-based, compassionate care helps women regain control of their bodies and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Yukun Chen, DAC, LAc., OM Dipl., M.D.

Dr. Yukun Chen is a Doctor of Acupuncture, a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine certified by the NCCAOM, and a licensed physician in China with a specialization in Oriental medicine. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Acupuncture and oriental medicine from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, completed her graduate studies at New York University, and received her doctoral degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University in Seattle.

With a clinical focus on neurorehabilitation and oncology support, Dr. Chen integrates classical principles of Chinese medicine with evidence-informed, modern therapeutic strategies. His treatment approach combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, and lifestyle guidance to help regulate the nervous system, reduce symptoms, and promote overall wellness. Her treatment philosophy centers on harmonizing the body and mind to help individuals regain health and live with vitality.

Now based in the New York, Dr. Chen is devoted to sharing the healing wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and supporting the health and well-being of her local community through compassionate, personalized care.

Meet He Shouwu, our remarkable canine therapy assistant who brings a special touch of comfort and motivation to our physical therapy sessions. Her gentle presence and caring nature make her an invaluable member of our therapeutic team.

He Shouwu works alongside our licensed physical therapists, helping patients feel more relaxed and motivated during their rehabilitation journey. Her calming presence has been known to reduce anxiety and create a more positive healing environment for our patients of all ages.
