Injury Prevention / Pre-hab

In our Pre-hab program, we can help identify potential areas of weakness or imbalance that could lead to injury and develop a tailored exercise program to address these issues. We can also provide education and guidance on proper posture, body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques.


In pre-surgery phase, we help individuals prepare for surgery or injury by building strength and improving mobility in the affected area. By doing so, individuals may experience faster recovery times and reduced post-operative pain and complications.
